Back in 2018 when I discovered LinkedIn as a social platform, I made a ton of mistakes:
-I connected with too many random people
-I got into pods (great people but not the right growth strategy)

-I put cute stuff in my profile that confused people as to what I do like “People Connecter or Digital Maverick”
-I had no content strategy but posted whatever I felt like (fun but didn't get me hired)

It turns out vanity metrics don't matter and that you can make more money with small numbers if you know how to use them. I'm not saying To NOT grow but I strongly believe in growing strategically.
