4 Sessions Coaching Package
Over the course of four sessions, we can assess what is going on in your life, design a plan of attack and identify the key areas to focus on, and give you tons of value. We’ll take a look at the big areas of your life: CAREER, RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH, LIFESTYLE, AND SOUL and decide where we want to concentrate our sessions in. Over four sessions you can expect to boost your self-confidence, improve your mindset, and attack the areas of your life that need the most attention. SESSION 1: Discuss your pre-assessment results and what is going on in your life. Be prepared to answer tough questions. Homework: Deep Self-Reflection
SESSION 2: Design a plan of attack and identify the key areas to focus on. Homework: Try some things that push you outside your comfort zone. Change habits.
SESSION 3: Continue building off the new changes, tweaking and optimizing until we see the strategy is working. Homework: Self-discipline and Self-Talk
SESSION 4: Closure Time. What did a month of SASS do for you? Where did you start and where are you now? Homework: Next Steps to Keep Up the SASSY Lifestyle!
