I created this challenge to change bad habits and replace them with good ones. 

    WHO IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR?

    Anyone who is struggling to change their habits should join.

    WHAT IS THE COST OF THE CHALLENGE?

    This is a free challenge. There is no cost.

    WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CHALLENGE?  

    There is a 1-hour weekly live with replay as well as one email with a weekly lesson sent via email. There is also a private Facebook group but participation is optional.

    WHAT IS COVERED IN THE CHALLENGE?  

    1. Goal – Clear, concise, realistic, time-focused, and measurable

    2. Systems – Practical ways you can make it happen

    3. Mindset – The secret weapon that makes all the difference

    4. Support – This is the final yet super powerful ingredient to stick with it until the end

    WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE CHALLENGE?  

    This challenge runs periodically so by signing up, you will receive information about the next round.

    IF I'M A BUSY PERSON WHO WORKS FULL-TIME, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHALLENGE?

    Yes, this challenge is designed for busy people. After all, this is part of the challenge in itself! The time commitment is 2 hours per week.

    I'M A COACH SO I CAN'T JOIN, RIGHT? AFTER ALL, WHAT WILL MY AUDIENCE THINK?

    Unfortunately, coaches suffer the most because they mistakenly think others will look down on them for struggling with…anything. How ridiculous and false this belief is! On the contrary, coaches teach everyone to strive for self improvement so they SHOULD participate in this challenge to walk the talk!

    IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES, CAN I STILL JOIN?

    If your habit concerns your health, check with your doctor. This challenge is how to change a habit but does not provide medical advice.

    Let me be crystal clear: Every morning I jump out of bed and I do things that scare me. I know very well that I may fail (I'm prepared to fail). I'm scared shitless…. but I do them anyways because at the end of my life, I don't want to say I was a coward. Live, live now and live large! Courage is the biggest strength of all.  This is the ONLY way to live a full life!
