MY SASSY STORY
I developed a method to, among other things, help people quiet their saboteur voice and increase the volume of their inner coach. It’s called The Sassy Method™. If you are unhappy, burnt out, or just feeling something is missing in your life, you don’t have to stay in that situation. You deserve happiness. You are worthy. Even those who carry guilt or shame must know you can be forgiven. Redeem yourself and move forward. Design your best life. My method will train your inner eye to ‘see’ differently. I think my method is a bargain compared to a life with missed potential, poor relationships, a career you aren’t crazy about, and a feeling of discontentment.
I wrote a book about the life transformation I experienced in my 30s when I ‘woke up’ and start being myself and following my true purpose.
Being me came at a huge price. It destroyed everything around me. I left my agency, my husband, my house, and even my kids for a short time. This was a pivotal moment in my life and I wrote about it for my own self-care, without thinking it would turn into a book.
I lost so much but I gained things I had searched for my entire life: inner peace, intuition, purpose, happiness, and self-love.
This is why I created THE SASSY METHOD.

Let me be crystal clear: Every morning I jump out of bed and I do things that scare me. I know very well that I may fail (I’m prepared to fail). I’m scared shitless…. but I do them anyways because at the end of my life, I don’t want to say I was a coward. Live, live now and live large! Courage is the biggest strength of all.
